- [मानव संसाधन समन्वयक ] = मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठातून मानव संसाधन समन्वयक शाखेची पदवी प्राप्त असणे आवश्यक आहे किंवा उमेदवार मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठाच्या कोणत्याही शाखेतील पदवी परीक्षा प्रथम प्रयत्नात ४५% गुणांसह उतीर्ण असणे आवश्यक आहे.
- तसेच उमेदवार SAP HCM प्रमाणपत्रधारक असावा आणि Indian payroll मधील (Payroll Configuration, Running Payroll 8८.) प्रत्यक्ष कामाचा किमान तीन वर्षाचा अनुभव असावा. उमेदवार संगणक ज्ञानाची MSCIT प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण असावा. सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग(माहिती तंत्रज्ञान) महाराष्ट्र शासन यांनी शासन IS क्र. मातंस/२०१ /T, क्र.२७७/३९ दि.०८.०१.२०१८ अन्वये शासन निर्णयात केलेल्या सुधारणेनुसार खालील नमूद केलेल्या प्रकरणांमध्येसंगणक अर्हता उत्तीर्ण असल्याचे समजण्यात येईल.
