• [ निम्नश्रेणी लघुलेखक / Lower class stenographer ] = उमेदवार , दहावी पास किमान तसेच टायपिंग वेग 100 w.p.m तसेच इंग्रजी 40 w.p.m आणि मराठी 30 w.p.m असे वैद्य प्रमाणपत्र धारक असणे आवश्यक .
